Holiday 2023 Server Renewal Deal
1. Active Server Packages with monthly billing cycle, upgraded to annual billing cycle receive additional 3 months of Free Service when pre-paid during the promotion, effectively a total of 15 months (12 months + 3 months of Free Service).
2. Active Server Packages with annual billing cycle and next due/renewal date in 2024, renewed/pre-paid for 1 year in advance during the promotion, receive additional 3 months of Free Service - effectively a total of 15 months (12 months + 3 months of Free Service). This point does not apply if the renewal/due date falls in 2023.
3. Active Server Packages with monthly or annual billing cycle, upgraded to biennial billing cycle receive additional 6 months of free service when pre-paid during the promotion, effectively a total of 30 months (24 months + 6 months of Free Service).
4. Active Server Packages with a biennial billing cycle and next due/renewal date in 2024 or later, renewed/pre-paid for 2 years in advance receive additional 6 months of free service when pre-paid during the promotion, effectively a total of 30 months (24 months + 6 months of Free Service).
5. Any Active Server Package, renewed/pre-paid for 3 years in advance receives an additional 1 year of Free Service when pre-paid during the promotion, effectively a total of 4 years (3 years + 1 year of Free Service).
6. The promotion cannot be applied when a customer has any unpaid due invoice for the Service.
7. Dedicated Private Servers Servers and Custom Services are excluded from the promotion.
8. The promotion Lasts from August 18th, 2023 till August 31st, 2023 (11:00 PM EST) and applies only to invoices generated on demand that include the additional free months.
9. Invoices for Services and Items Purchased during the Promotion cannot be paid using Credits.
10. Unpaid invoices generated to avail of the promotion will be canceled after September 1st, 2023, and the previous service billing cycle will be restored.
11. If a Customer has any externally automated billing subscriptions (PayPal etc.) it is the Customer's responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription.
12. Pre-payment renewals/advance payments can be applied only to active server plans and are not refundable.
